Shipping Policy

All Orders for in-stock items will ship the same day if orders placed by 10am. Once shipped we cannot estimate or control packages. Any delays by shipping companies or packages delivered but not received are not the responsibility of Bonefly. You may contact the shipping company with tracking details and file a claim. We do not insure shipments unless requested by customers. All out of stock or pre order items will ship once received. 

Store partner shipping terms: Please allow at least 1-2 days for orders to ship based on the warehouses schedule.
