Qualified items will be replaced items If you need to exchange it for another color/style/size only. Exchanges for unused and new products only ( Unless subject to the Limited Warranty ) All online purchases may be returned or exchanged for free in the USA ONLY within 7 days of receipt. All international orders shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

STORE POLICY - EXCHANGE POLICY -
You may exchange your un-used product within 7 days of purchase . You may also receive a store credit, credits have no expiration and can be used at any location. Products must be in new re-sellable condition, collars or harnesses must be accompanied with the dog tag sleeve provided. We offer a 5 year Limited Warranty which covers all with the (EXCEPTION) of Bites, Chews and natural wear or tear. Bowls have no warranty. Bones have no warranties as each metal component is handled differently with every dog. Collections change along with prices due to modifications and increases in materials. Warranties on previous collections will be credited the amount paid towards the new replacement. No returns or exchanges on bowls or components.
Distribution & Wholesale terms including store owners:
All Special Orders have no returns. A 50% restocking fee will apply towards any exchange of special orders. All distributor returns or exchanges that are approved by company will be charged a 30% restocking fee. All returns will be credited, and there shall be no refunds. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted if styles, collections are still in production line. Items not being sold by company will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: We offer many size verification options as part of assisting to avoid returns or size exchanges. Please use our size chart tabs and reply to the email sent asking for your dogs weight and breed in order for our professional staff to confirm size. All orders of collars and harnesses by default request your dog weight and info for the dpg tag, we gather the weight information to ensure the proper size. if in doubt send us an email and our knowledgeable staff we'll get back to you immediately. Returns must be in re-sellable new condition accompanied with the complimentary dog tag and packaging. We cannot return or exchange used items unless claimed defective by our staff. All international order returns or exchange shipping fees/ duties must be paid by customer.

Our limited warranty covers all (with the EXCEPTION) of natural wear/tear & dog bites or purpose abuse. Our staff are highly trained to determine cause of issue. Tiny cuts are the result of bites 100% , no exceptions. We have studied the effects over the years and can distinguish between defect and foul play. PLEASE NOTE: Warranty replacements will incur a $9.95 shipping fee if not returned at a store for USA only. All International claims and replacements shall incur a $29.95 shipping fee. Collections change along with prices due to modifications and increases in materials. Warranties on previous collections will be credited the amount paid towards the new replacement.
No warranties on Bones or bowls and its components.
Credits for Licensing with agreements.
All credits will be applied partially on a order to order basis.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
