Check My Market
When is the $2,500 reservation paid?
Immediately after you enter your information and review the requested ZIP and store format. The $2,500 reservation is applied in full toward the approved store package.
What if Bonefly cannot confirm my requested zone?
Bonefly checks the requested market against existing protected territories. If Bonefly cannot confirm a non-overlapping zone for the request, the $2,500 territory reservation is refunded in full according to the reservation terms.
What happens after I pay the reservation?
Successful payment activates the territory reservation. Bonefly then sends an Exclusive Territory Confirmation email identifying the approved zone and confirming that it has been reserved for you under the applicable terms. That email begins the direct correspondence for agreements, location planning, store setup, financing options, product ordering, training and launch preparation.
What does an exclusive territory protect?
Once approved, paid and documented in the executed Exclusive Territory Agreement, Bonefly will not approve another Bonefly licensed store inside your mapped Protected Market Area during the agreement term, subject to its stated conditions. The agreement does not prevent independent pet retailers or other third-party competitors from operating nearby.
Why not protect only one ZIP code?
Adjacent ZIP boundaries do not always reflect how customers shop and can create unintended overlap. Bonefly uses your preferred ZIP as an anchor, then reviews nearby ZIPs, drive time, population, retail corridors, site format and existing Bonefly territories. The approved boundary is shown on a map attached to the agreement.
What if my requested market is unavailable?
Bonefly will not collect a reservation payment for an unavailable or conflicting market. The team can review non-overlapping alternatives with you before any commitment.
What is included in the total investment?
The Premium Kiosk is designed to include its complete build-out and opening product stock for under $25,000. The Signature Store build-out and opening stock are designed not to exceed $39,000. Final pricing depends on the approved site, scope and signed agreement.
Are there royalties or hidden costs?
No royalties and no hidden program costs. Any site-specific rent, deposits, permits, utilities, payroll, insurance or third-party expenses are disclosed separately and remain the operator's responsibility.
Can Bonefly help me find and negotiate a location?
Yes. Qualifying operators can access discounted opportunities at participating Simon and Brookfield properties, plus no-cost Bonefly attorney support for qualifying lease negotiations. All locations and lease terms require property approval and final agreements.
How quickly can I open?
Qualifying locations can target opening in as little as 30 days after the territory, location, applicable review period, agreements, build-out requirements and product order are complete. Site conditions and approvals may extend the timeline.
Is financing available?
Bonefly product financing is available for qualifying inventory purchases, subject to application approval and final financing terms.
How are neighboring territories kept from overlapping?
Each approved Bonefly market is checked against existing territory maps before reservation. The signed agreement identifies the protected boundary and controls where another Bonefly licensed location may be approved. Final boundaries vary by market and location type.
Are sales or profits guaranteed?
No. Actual results depend on location, traffic, pricing, demand, payroll, rent, expenses and execution. Any permitted financial performance information will be provided only through applicable formal disclosures.
Should I have the documents reviewed?
Yes. Prospective operators should review all agreements and disclosures carefully and consult their own independent attorney, accountant and financial adviser before signing or paying.
