All products with ornaments feature our interchangeable designs. Simply bend the collar, harness or leash at bones and snap out bone(s). To place new bones, repeat above and push bone(s) into silicone holes.

We cover any factory damage with the exception or bites which will appear as tears or rips. We understand many dogs are small but in a fraction of seconds a small bite will puncture the silicone. The puncture will not show, but once pulling begins the puncture will grow into a tear. "We recommend to randomly check the selione if your dog is known for biting items".

We use a special formulated platinum silicone, extreme machine tested for endurance and longevity. Silicone is made to withstand all weather, while offering cloud comfort.
